“Who Stayed? Lasting Connections After Foster Care”

The Field Center is recruiting U.S. emerging adults who aged out of foster care for a qualitative interview study on relational permanence—and the impact of having at least one caring/supportive adult in your late teens to 20s. Interviews will take place in July 2026.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Aged out of foster care in the U.S.
- 18-23 years old
- Able to identify a caring adult
Participation in this study involves an in-depth 1:1 interview over Zoom or cell phone with a trained researcher. Participants will receive a $40 e-gift card.
